Jason has been involved with real estate for 20 years. His first exposure to real estate came in 1994 when he managed rental units for his family. He and his wife, Brandie purchased their first home in 1997 in Nampa. He vividly remembers how frustrating that home loan experience was and has used that memory to become one of the best educational home lenders in the Treasure Valley. Jason has invested in both commercial and residential properties, became a state certified residential appraiser in 2003, and a Mortgage Originator in 2007.
