James (NMLS #1216446) brings with him just over five years of mortgage experience in residential real estate financing. Most recently, he was a Sales Manager/VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Before that, he was Mortgage Advisor at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

Prior to getting into the home financing arena, James worked as a consultant and vocational clergy. “We had our first child at the end of 2014, and it was time for a change,” he said. “I had a few friends who were high-level mortgage folks who turned me onto it, and the rest is history.”
