Conrad entered the mortgage industry in 2001 after working in stocks and financials. He transitioned to banking and has been doing home loans for 21 years. When Conrad began working in the mortgage industry, he dedicated significant time to home purchase transactions. He enjoys working with all homebuyers, from first-time to fifth time. For him, everyone offers a unique and fun experience.

Communication is what Conrad emphasizes most in the mortgage industry. From start to finish, he communicates each step. He has often been told that he puts the “human” back in the mortgage process due to his communication.
